Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the camp, ensuring smooth running of all departments.
  • Deliver excellent guest experiences through personalized hosting, client relations, and activity facilitation.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage staff to maintain high standards of service, professionalism, and teamwork.
  • Manage financial processes including budgets, petty cash, stock control, and monthly reporting.
  • Ensure health, safety, and security of guests, staff, property, and equipment at all times.
  • Oversee repairs, maintenance, hygiene, and overall upkeep of the camp facilities.
  • Foster positive relationships with local communities, conservancies, and external stakeholders.
  • Implement training, staff development, and adherence to company procedures, policies, and sustainability standards.

Key Qualifications

  • Proven experience in camp, lodge, or hospitality management.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and people management skills.
  • Excellent guest relations, hosting, and communication abilities.
  • Financial management skills, including budgeting and reporting.
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and risk management procedures.
