Background

RUDEVIT Holdings Pic is a commercially oriented rural development investment initiative that was incorporated into a public company with the objective of raising capital to invest in various sectors of the economy by exploiting the rural wealth potential. With its authorised share capital of 10billion shares, the company continues to raise capital from members of the public to finance viable investments, with RUDEVIT Fertilizer Company as its flagship enterprise.

Currently, the RUDEVIT Holdings Plc share price is MK10.00 per share, with a joining fee of MK20,000 for individuals and MK200,000 for corporate members, and a minimum of 1,000 shares

As the company is to operationalise the Fertilizer Company, it is now inviting suitably qualified candidates to apply for the following new positions:

Finance & Administration Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all financial planning, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory financial requirements.
  • Manage company accounts, audits, and internal controls.
  • Supervise administrative functions including logistics, office operations, and procurement coordination.
  • Advise management on financial strategy and sustainability.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Recognized professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, СРА).
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in financial management, preferably in manufacturing or agribusiness.
  • Strong leadership, analytical and communication skills.

 

Factory/Production Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Oversee fertilizer production processes to ensure efficiency and quality.
  • Plan production schedules and manage plant operations.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards.
  • Manage production staff, training, and performance.
  • Monitor machinery and coordinate maintenance with relevant teams.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Degree in Production/Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in manufacturing/production management.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of factory safety standards and quality control systems.

 

Distribution and Sales Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales and distribution strategies.
  • Manage dealer and distributor relationships.
  • Lead market expansion efforts, especially in rural areas.
  • Supervise sales team performance and set targets.
  • Conduct market research and recommend growth strategies.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales/distribution management.
  • Strong negotiation, networking, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of agricultural inputs market is an added advantage.

 

Procurement Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement procurement policies.
  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers.
  • Ensure cost-effective procurement of raw materials and services.
  • Maintain supplier database and manage vendor contracts.
  • Ensure compliance with company and regulatory procurement standards.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Professional qualification (e.g., CIPS) is an added advantage.
  • Minimum 4 years’ relevant experience
  • Excellent negotiation and analytical skills.

Laboratory Assistant

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist in quality testing of fertilizer products.
  • Prepare samples and conduct routine laboratory analysis.
  • Maintain accurate laboratory records and reports
  • Ensure laboratory safety and proper handling of chemicals.
  • Support quality control and research initiatives.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Laboratory Technology, Chemistry, or related field.
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a laboratory environment.
  • Knowledge of fertilizer/chemical testing procedures is an advantage.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Human Resources Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and staff welfare
  • Oversee performance management and staff development.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Advise management on employee relations and organizational culture.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, or related field Professional certification (e.g., IPM, SHRM) is an advantage.
  • Minimum 5 years’ HR management experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.

 

Administration Officer

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to departments and management.
  • Manage office supplies, records, and correspondence.
  • Organize meetings, workshops, and official company events.
  • Support procurement and logistics processes.
  • Maintain filing systems and documentation.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • At least 3 years’ administrative experience.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.

 

Maintenance Supervisor

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of factory equipment.
  • Ensure minimum downtime of machines through efficient maintenance planning.
  • Lead and supervise maintenance staff.
  • Maintain records of repairs and maintenance schedules.
  • Enforce safety standards during all maintenance activities.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in industrial maintenance.
  • Hands-on knowledge of factory machinery.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
