Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee day-to-day operations across business lines, including real estate development, site operations, estates management, marketing, procurement, hospitality, and support services.
- Drive execution of strategic and operational objectives, ensuring projects and initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required standard.
- Support, guide, and hold managers accountable for operational delivery, ensuring departmental objectives are aligned with group goals.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks or challenges that may affect operational performance, developing solutions to ensure continuity.
- Report regularly to the MD and CEO on operational progress, challenges, and agreed action plans.
- Oversee the operational rollout of new projects, business ventures, and group initiatives, ensuring seamless integration into the existing structure.
- Strengthening and develop support services functions to be proactive, efficient, and responsive to business growth and client needs.
- Deputize the MD and CEO in key meetings, stakeholder management, and decision-making processes.
Key Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in Senior Management, preferably in construction management, real estate development and real estate strategy.
- Masters and a proven track record in Administration / Strategic management.
- Strong competency in strategic planning, business development, and organizational leadership.
- Demonstrated ability in financial management, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities with a results-driven mindset.
- Integrity, credibility, and commitment to the organization’s mission, with the ability to inspire and lead teams effectively.
