About the Role Temple is seeking a strategic Business Development Manager (BDM) who will be responsible for driving the growth of the firm by identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and creating strategies to expand the firm’s market presence. This role will require a dynamic and results driven individual who can build and sustain relationships with key stakeholders, negotiate deals, and collaborate across various departments to achieve business objectives. Market Intelligence & Research: Qualifications & Experience: Education: i. A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing or a related field. A Master’s degree (MBA) or professional certifications in investment management (CFA, CIMG) is a plus. ii. Must have completed the Ghana Securities Industry Course iii. Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or relationship management in the financial or investment sector iv. Demonstrable experience in acquiring high-net-worth clients, structuring investment deals, and meeting revenue targets v. Solid understanding of the investment landscape in Ghana, including market regulations and trends. Skills & Competencies: i. Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills ii. Ability to analyze financial data, market trends, and investment opportunities iii. Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders at all levels iv. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Space and CRM tools v. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently vi. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities vii.
