Job Description
Position Summary:
The Personal Assistant will work closely with the Chairman, managing his schedule, handling confidential tasks, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate must be proactive, detail-oriented, and flexible with time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Chairman’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Act as the first point of contact, handling correspondence and calls in a professional manner.
- Provide administrative and organizational support in daily operations.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials as required.
- Ensure confidentiality and discretion in all matters.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the Chairman.
Requirements:
- Female applicant with about 4 years proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing schedules.
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital communication tools.
- Flexibility with working hours and availability beyond standard office times when required.
