Job Description
Job Summary:
Seeking proactive Sales Officers to join the offline sales team. They will be responsible for converting sign-ups from field agents into paying customers through daily tele-sales, while also engaging in weekly field activities.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Conversion (Tele-sales)
- Call daily sign-ups generated by field agents.
- Educate prospects on Osusu services.
- Effectively convert qualified leads into paying customers.
- Log all interactions and outcomes.
Field Sales (Weekly)
- Conduct weekly field visits to prospect and convert customers through direct engagement.
- Assist in converting high-potential leads.
- Gather feedback on customer needs and objections.
Customer Relationship Management
- Follow up on warm leads until they convert.
- Handle basic customer inquiries and complaints.
- Build trust and long-term relationships.
Reporting
- Submit daily call reports (leads contacted, conversions, follow-ups).
- Provide weekly field activity updates.
Requirements
- Academic Qualification: HND/B.Sc. in Marketing, Business, Social Sciences, or related fields.
- Experience: 2 Years experience in tele-sales, field sales, or customer acquisition roles.
- Skills: Negotiation, relationship-building, reporting, and problem-solving.
