Job Summary:
Royal Elmount Hotel is in search of a creative and skilled Mixologist to craft exceptional cocktails and provide an outstanding bar experience for our guests. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of mixology techniques, ingredients, and guest engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including classic and signature cocktails.
• Engage with guests to understand their preferences and recommend drinks accordingly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area at all times.
• Monitor stock levels of bar supplies and coordinate replenishment.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Set up and break down bar stations before and after shifts or events.
• Upsell beverage options and contribute to creating seasonal or event-specific drink menus.
• Handle cash or POS transactions when required.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a bartender or mixologist in a hospitality setting.
• In-depth knowledge of spirits, wines, cocktails, and drink trends.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Creativity and flair in drink preparation and presentation.
• Attention to detail and a passion for delivering great guest experiences.
• Must be punctual, reliable, and able to work late hours.
• Accomodation to be provided

Working Hours: Primarily evenings and weekends, with flexibility for events and holidays
