Job Summary:
Royal Elmount Hotel is seeking a skilled and passionate Chef to lead our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning menus, preparing exceptional dishes, and overseeing the overall kitchen operations to deliver a memorable culinary experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and update diverse menus that align with the hotel’s standards and customer preferences.
- Supervise kitchen staff, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Ensure consistent food quality, taste, and presentation.
- Manage food inventory, order supplies, and maintain cost control.
- Enforce strict hygiene and safety standards in compliance with health regulations.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, including cooks and kitchen assistants.
- Collaborate with hotel management to create seasonal or event-specific offerings.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chef in a reputable hotel or restaurant.
- Culinary certification or relevant training is preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of international and local cuisines.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and quality-focused.

Working Hours: Full-time, including weekends and holidays
