Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement: Initiate and manage relationships with customers, serving as their primary point of contact throughout the sales process.
Sales Generation: Identify and pursue new sales prospects, negotiate deals, and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets.
Product Knowledge: Understand and communicate the benefits of the company’s products or services to effectively address customer needs and drive sales.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance metrics.
Collaboration: To ensure customer satisfaction and seamless service delivery.
Qualifications
Education: A diploma in business, marketing, or a related field is often preferred.
Experience: Previous experience in a sales role is advantageous, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, excellent negotiation abilities, strong social media present and a customer-oriented mindset are essential for success in this role.
