Staff Management: supervise salon employees. Conduct performance evaluations and foster team development to ensure high service standards.
Customer Service: Ensure exceptional service for clients, addressing any concerns or complaints effectively to enhance customer satisfaction.
Operational Efficiency: Manage salon scheduling, inventory, and supplies. Ensure adherence to salon policies and procedures for smooth operations.
Financial Management: Monitor cash flow, manage budgeting, and to increase profitability. Maintain accurate financial records.
Marketing and Promotion: Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones, including social media promotions and local advertising.
Compliance: Ensure the salon complies with health and safety regulations and industry standards, maintaining a clean and well-maintained environment.
Education: HND or equivalent
Experience: Several years of experience in the beauty industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial role preferred.
Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities to motivate and inspire a team, along with excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and staff.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment, ensuring operational efficiency.
Customer Focus: A strong commitment to providing outstanding service and enhancing client satisfaction.
