In this role, you will:

Be a Financial Coach for our clients: Work directly with clients to understand their businesses and tailor financial solutions.

Drive Economic Growth: Identify potential entrepreneurs in your assigned areas and help them access capital.

Manage Portfolios: Process loan applications, conduct assessments and ensure responsible lending.

Build relationships: Become a trusted advisor and pillar of support for our organization’s clients.

We are looking for someone who:

1. Has a diploma in Business, Social work or related field.
2. Is an excellent communicator and loves working with people.
3. Is self-motivated, team player, organized and results-driven.
4. Is emphatic and has a genuine desire to help others succeed.
5. Has top-notch skills in marketing in relation to the microfinance industry.
6. More than 3years of proven work experience managing business and individual loans will be a plus.
7. Has a valid driving license and is flexible to work during odd hours.
