Omia is a private, for-profit agribusiness founded in November 2016, with operations launching in July 2018 in Arua, Northern Uganda. They aim to ensure that smallholder farmers across Uganda and broader East Africa access quality, genuine, affordable agricultural inputs, receive technical support, and gain access to profitable markets .
