About Company
The National Social Security Fund (NSSF) Uganda is a quasi-government agency responsible for collecting, managing, and distributing retirement savings for private-sector employees not covered by the government pension scheme. Established under the NSSF Act, Cap 222, it operates as a provident fund and is regulated by the Uganda Retirement Benefits Regulatory Authority (URBRA) .

Contribution Rates: Employers contribute 10%, and employees contribute 5% of the employee’s gross monthly wage.
