    • They improve learning outcomes, strengthen school leadership, re-enroll out-of‑school youth, and mobilize Community Education Volunteers (CEVs) .

    • Deliver the “Roots to Rise” interactive literacy and numeracy method .

  • Impact (as of 2025):

    • 650 Fellows trained, supporting around 1,000 schools .

    • 652,430 learners reached.

    • 191,772 out-of-school children re-enrolled .

🔧 Systems-Level Scaling: “Tomorrow is Now”

  • Extends impact by placing Fellowship alumni as Technical Advisors within district and sub-county government offices.
