  1. Economic Empowerment & Livelihoods





    • Green Jobs project equips youth for climate-resilient employment.

    • SHE SOARS supports out-of-school adolescent girls with SRH education, addressing barriers that contribute to high teen pregnancy rates.






  3. Leadership & Civic Participation





    • Youth Think Tank trains young researchers to inform national policies.

  4. Career Readiness





    • Graduate Career Accelerator Program (GCAP), in partnership with African Leadership Academy, boosts employability among Mastercard Foundation alumni.

    • Projects like Taking Climate Change to Schools aim to amplify youth voices in climate discourse and action.

  • In 2019 alone, over 60,000 youths were engaged through training, SRH, leadership, and civic campaigns.
