    • Business clinics, mentoring, workshops for entrepreneurs and job seekers .

    • Public policy reviews, regulatory impact assessments (RIA), poverty/social impact analyses (PSIA) .

  • Set up a business information centre and secured office space near Pimbas Secondary, Kawempe Division .




  • Launched a SACCO-style savings group to encourage entrepreneurship and capital access .




  • Organized training workshops on entrepreneurship, regulatory best practices, RIA, and PSIA .








? Leadership




  • Executive Director: Dr. Abubakar Muhammad Moki (PhD in Economic Policy & Planning), appointed in 2024 after serving as Commissioner for Policy Development & Capacity Building at the Office of the President’s Cabinet Secretariat (2019–2023) .





    • He’s spearheading regulatory best practice institutionalization and enabling evidence‑based advocacy .

  • A Board chaired by Abubakar Moki (as of a 2007 concept note), alongside lawyers, micro-finance specialists, IT experts, accountants, and health professionals .
