Heritage International School (HIS) is a Christian international school located in Kampala, Uganda, offering a comprehensive education for students aged 2 to 18. Established in 1994, the school was founded to support Christian missionary families serving in Uganda and has since grown into a diverse institution welcoming students from various backgrounds .

The school operates as a non-profit institution and is accredited by the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools (MSA) and the Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI) .

Admissions and Fees


Admissions are open year-round for Preschool to Grade 8, while Grades 9–12 have specific entry periods. A placement test is part of the admissions process. Annual tuition fees range from approximately UGX 22 million to UGX 51 million (about USD 9,000 to USD 14,000), depending on the grade level. Additional fees include a non-refundable application fee of USD 400 and a development fee of USD 1,000 per family .
