Brief History of The College
Apple Valley Institute of Health and Technology was established in March 2018. The institute is owned by the Apple Valley Tanzania Limited, a limited liability company. The college is located at Kigamboni, the blue diamond of Tanzania, it is housed in the Shangwe complex located at Mji Mwema.
Apple Valley Institute of Business and Management is comprised of two (2) departments, namely Pharmaceutical science and Environmental Health Science. The plan is to increase the department to 5 by the end of the third year.
The Kigamboni weather is conducive for learning. The Institute has a self-styled design of offering high learning, despite the fact that it offers health courses it has an entrepreneurship subject that shall enable graduates to consider self-employment and/or use the entrepreneurial skills to carry out their work efficiently wherever they shall be employed. Course delivered are guided by the curricular that belong to the government, however, the course delivery is very dynamic, it is designed to ensure that our students passes exams and are well be equipped to be self-employed and/or employable. With this done we assured students that the Institute has created self-employment opportunities whilst delivering qualified medical practitioner. In this way Tanzania as a country shall be made a leading country with quality medical practitioners that are capable to work confidently nationally, especially in the East Africa Community.
Apple Valley Institute of Health Science and Technology has deployed highly motivated professional qualified tutors. Moreover, it is committed to the continuing profession development of all staffs. We have a clear expectation team spirit that work diligently. We are committed to provide all support to ensure that teaching and management responsibilities are discharged proportionately across the institution, and that all staff are supported and supportive.
