Job Description

Job Purpose   

To receive, issue and record stores in the University

 Key Duties & Responsibilities            

    • Receive, keep, retrieve and issue stores in accordance with the established procedures;
    • Receive and compile requisition orders;
    • Verify invoices against goods received notes;
    • Post and maintain stores records; and
    • Stock take and inspect the stores in the University;
    • Perform any other related duties as assigned by the supervisor

 Required Qualifications         

A Diploma in Stores or Supplies Management or Procurement from a recognized institution

 Skills/Competences  

  • Information and Communication Technology;
  • Planning, organizing and coordinating;
  • Records and information management;
  • Accountability;
  • Concern for quality and standards;
  • Ethics and integrity;
  • Communicating effectively;
