Job Description

 The Human Resources department focuses on talent acquisition, employee development, policy implementation, and organizational culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist with recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination
  2. Support employee onboarding and orientation programs
  3. Help maintain HR databases and employee records
  4. Assist in organizing training and development programs
  5. Support performance management processes and documentation
  6. Help with employee engagement initiatives and surveys
  7. Assist in policy research and documentation updates
  8. Support with compliance monitoring and reporting

Required Qualifications:

    1. Currently enrolled in, or recent graduate of Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
    2. Strong organizational and administrative skills
    3. Excellent attention to detail and confidentiality
    4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
    5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Familiarity with HR information systems (HRIS)
  2. Understanding of employment law basics
  3. Experience with survey tools and data analysis
