The Kamwokya Christian Caring Community Empowerment Cooperative Savings & Credit Society Limited (KCCC SACCO) is a financial initiative under the Kamwokya Christian Caring Community (KCCC), a faith-based non-governmental organization established in 1987 in Kampala, Uganda. KCCC’s mission is to mitigate the impact of HIV/AIDS and poverty on the poor and vulnerable by increasing access to basic services and building the capacity of individuals, families, and communities to address their health and social development needs .
The KCCC SACCO was established to provide financial services, including savings and credit facilities, to its members, aiming to promote economic empowerment and self-reliance among the community members . It operates under the principles of cooperative societies, where members pool their resources to provide financial services to each other.
As of June 2025, the KCCC SACCO is actively seeking to fill key leadership positions, including Chairperson and Treasurer. Applicants are required to submit an application letter, a recommendation letter from their local council (LC 1), a copy of their National ID, their registration number, and a recommendation from a registered member of the KCCC SACCO. Applications should be submitted to the Vetting Committee Chairperson’s office at Sr. Miriam Duggan Primary School in Kampala .
