Job Description
The Manager – Performance Monitoring is responsible for tracking, analysing, and improving business performance through actionable insights. This role involves developing financial and operational reports, automating reporting processes, and providing strategic recommendations to enhance efficiency and revenue growth. The incumbent will collaborate with senior leadership, finance, and operational teams to drive data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Track key metrics to ensure business alignment, developing automated dashboards and reports for leadership using Power BI and SQL. Ensure data accuracy, timeliness, and consistency for effective decision-making.
Business Insights & Decision Support
Analyze financial and operational data to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities. Assess the impact of pricing, promotions, and market dynamics, providing data-driven insights to support forecasting, budgeting, and strategy.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication
Work cross-functionally with Finance, Marketing, Sales, and FinTech teams to align strategies. Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders for informed decision-making.
Process Optimization & Digital Transformation
Drive automation and integration of advanced analytics tools to enhance reporting and decision-making. Continuously refine data workflows and reporting systems for efficiency.
Team Leadership & Development
Lead and mentor a team of data analysts, setting clear goals and fostering a high-performance, data-driven culture through coaching and feedback.

Development of sound business plans, reforecasts, and key financial assumptions.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field, and a Master’s degree is desirable.
Work Experience
5 years of experience in business performance management, financial analysis, or reporting.
Strong analytical skills with expertise in Power BI, SQL, PowerPoint, and advanced Excel modeling.
Solid understanding of telecom industry KPIs, revenue streams, and operational metrics.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills to translate data insights into actionable business recommendations.
Proven ability to work with large datasets and simplify complex data for decision-making.
Strong problem-solving mindset and results-driven approach.
Experience in financial modeling, business analytics, and performance reporting.
Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage teams and drive strategic initiatives.
